Conditions of Booking
All bookings are subject to the following:

A non-refundable deposit of one night stay is payable at the time of booking, regardless of season.
All arrivals and departures will be after and before 12.00 noon.
Dogs. (Please pre book). Dogs must be quiet, on a lead at all times and never left unaccompanied on the site.
The owner does not accept liability in respect of damage to any persons or property using the site however sustained.
